We are currently seeking a skilled and motivated Scraper Operator to join our crew in the earthmoving industry. If you’ve got solid experience on the seat and know how to move dirt efficiently, we want to hear from you.
About the Role:
You’ll be operating scraper units across a variety of civil and earthworks projects, including site preps, cut and fill operations, and large-scale bulk earthmoving. We’re looking for someone who can hit the ground running, with a keen eye for levels and a strong work ethic.
Duties Include:
Operating single and/or twin power scrapers efficiently and safely
Working to plan levels and ensuring accurate load and dump operations
Conducting pre-start checks and basic maintenance
Maintaining high productivity while working within safety guidelines
Supporting the broader team when required
Requirements:
Experience operating scrapers in civil or bulk earthworks (essential)
White Card (Construction Induction)
HR Licence or equivalent preferred
Strong understanding of site safety procedures
Able to work independently and as part of a team
GPS or laser-guided experience is a bonus
