Bridgestone Service Centre - North Lakes are looking for a motivated and experienced Tyre Fitter/Wheel Aligner to join our friendly team.
Located in the North Lakes industrial area, we are a busy workshop specialising in passenger, 4WD and truck tyres as well as providing full mechanical servicing.
In this role you will be responsible for:
- Removing and replacing tyres
- Diagnosing tyre damage & wear
- Diagnosing wheel balance problems and balancing wheels
- Performing puncture repairs
- Assisting with stocktake
- Keeping the workshop tidy
The successful applicant will have:
- Recent industry knowledge and experience in the automotive industry.
- Previous experience in tyre fitting.
- Previous experience with truck, trailers and heavy vehicles would be an advantage.
- A current Australian manual drivers licence.
- A strong customer focus.
- A positive attitude and an ability to work in a team environment.
- A willingness to update skills through continual education and development.
- Adhering to company safety procedures and manufacturers specifications.
- Ability to wheel align would be an advantage but not necessary.
- Be reliable, enthusiastic and possess good communication skills
