We are seeking a highly organised, proactive and professional Executive Assistant to provide exceptional support to members of the School Executive. This full-time, permanent role offers the opportunity to make a meaningful contribution to the effective leadership and day-to-day operations of one of Sydney's leading independent schools.
About the role
Reporting to members of the School Executive, you will provide high-level executive and administrative support, ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of their portfolios.
As a trusted partner to the Executive team, you will manage competing priorities, coordinate key initiatives and provide confidential support that enables effective leadership across the School. This is a varied and rewarding role that requires excellent judgement, initiative and exceptional organisational skills.
Key responsibilities include:

Provide high-level diary and email management

Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, take minutes and monitor follow-up actions.

Prepare correspondence, reports, and briefing papers

Liaise professionally with staff, parents, and external stakeholders

Manage events, logistics, and key school functions
-
Maintain accurate records and documentation
-
Support project coordination and executive initiatives
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:

Proven experience in an Executive Assistant or senior administrative role

Exceptional organisational and time management skills
-
Strong written and verbal communication skills
-
High levels of discretion and confidentiality
-
Demonstrated advanced Microsoft 365 skills, including data and analytics, AI-enabled productivity tools, desktop publishing and electronic file management

The ability to anticipate needs and work proactively
-
A collaborative and professional approach
-
Experience within education or a values-based organisation is desirable but not essential.

A commitment to supporting the Catholic ethos and values of Loreto Kirribilli is essential.
