HEYCHIC is a growing Australian fashion retail brand, offering feminine, relaxed and effortless styles for everyday dressing. As we continue to expand across Australia, we are opening two new Brisbane stores at Westfield Mt Gravatt and Westfield Carindale.
We are looking for an experienced and motivated Store Manager to lead the store team, drive sales performance, deliver excellent customer service, and bring the HEYCHIC brand experience to life.
Role Overview
As Store Manager, you will be responsible for the overall operation and performance of the store. You will lead and coach the team, manage daily store operations, achieve sales targets, maintain visual merchandising standards, and ensure every customer receives a welcoming and enjoyable shopping experience.
This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about fashion, confident in leading a retail team, and able to manage a busy shopping centre store environment.
Key ResponsibilitiesSales & Store Performance
· Drive daily, weekly and monthly sales performance.
· Achieve and exceed store sales targets and KPIs.
· Monitor conversion rate, average transaction value, units per transaction and customer engagement.
· Provide regular feedback to the team to improve sales performance.
· Identify opportunities to increase store traffic, customer retention and repeat purchases.
· Recruit, train, coach and motivate store team members.
· Create a positive, professional and supportive team culture.
· Manage staff rosters, breaks and daily task allocation.
· Provide clear direction and performance feedback.
· Ensure every customer receives friendly, helpful and professional service.
· Build strong customer relationships and encourage return visits.
· Handle customer enquiries, feedback, exchanges and complaints professionally.
· Maintain a warm, relaxed and brand-aligned in-store atmosphere.
· Oversee daily store opening and closing procedures.
· Manage cash handling, POS transactions and end-of-day reporting.
· Maintain accurate stock control, stock replenishment and inventory standards.
· Receive and process deliveries in a timely and organised manner.
· Ensure store policies and company procedures are followed.
· Maintain high visual merchandising standards at all times.
· Ensure new arrivals, promotions and best-selling styles are displayed effectively.
· Keep the store clean, organised and visually appealing.
· Follow brand guidelines for product presentation, styling and store layout.
- Loss Prevention & Compliance
· Ensure store security procedures are followed.
· Minimise stock loss through strong operational controls.
· Maintain workplace health and safety standards.
· Ensure the store complies with company policies and shopping centre requirements.
Skills & Experience
· Previous experience as a Store Manager, Assistant Store Manager or strong retail team leader.
· Fashion retail experience is highly preferred.
· Strong leadership and communication skills.
· Proven ability to drive sales and achieve KPIs.
· Confident in coaching and developing a team.
· Strong customer service mindset.
· Good understanding of stock management and visual merchandising.
· Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
· Available to work weekends, late-night trading and public holidays as required.

Pay: $30.00 – $40.00 per hour
