We’re looking for a friendly, reliable Customer Service Representative to join our team at The Cheesecake Shop Bendigo. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys helping customers, working in a fast‑paced environment, and maintaining high standards of presentation and food safety.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide warm, professional customer service
- Assist customers with cake selections, special orders and enquiries
- Operate POS and handle EFTPOS/cash transactions accurately
- Prepare, box and label cakes with care
- Maintain store cleanliness and follow food‑safety procedures
- Restock displays and rotate stock
- Support daily shop operations and work as part of a team
- Follow The Cheesecake Shop’s policies and procedures at all times

Pay: $34.76 – $35.56 per hour
