Overview:
The Health Performance Officer is responsible for:
- Planning, coordinating and implementing stakeholder engagement plans, projects, programs and processes across the Department (DHW), Local Health Networks (LHNs), SA Ambulance Service (SAAS), Statewide Clinical Support Service (SCSS) and Government agencies, to facilitate a partnership approach.
- Building and sustaining effective collaborations with LHNs, SAAS, and SCSS and to support achievement of key objectives and performance improvement strategies, advising, negotiating and leveraging expertise to influence effective outcomes for complex issues.
- Providing a range of expert advice and support to Executive and related working parties on the SA Health Performance Framework, policies, performance monitoring arrangements and system issues to support risk management and resolution.
- Planning, developing and implementing initiatives that facilitate the organisation, preparation and successful delivery of performance meetings with LHNs, SAAS and SCSS.

Immunisation Risk for this position is Category C (minimal patient contact).
SA Health Services are required to implement the Addressing vaccine preventable disease: Occupational assessment, screening and vaccination policy in the workplace.
