With a fresh move to our new Kitchen and Office in Artarmon, we're on the hunt for an energetic and detail-obsessed Customer Service and Admin Support to become a vital part of our fun, fast-paced Order Management and Customer Service team. We are seeking someone with availability 3-4 days per week, including a half day Saturday - plus the flexibility to step up during the festive season when the magic really happens.
Required working days include Thursday, Friday, and Saturday (half day). This will increase to full time hours over Christmas.
Drive the heartbeat of our e-commerce operations by managing daily order fulfillment across multiple premium gifting brands!
From ensuring seamless order fulfillment to adding those magical finishing touches (hello, beautiful ribbons and heartfelt gift cards!), you'll help make sure every package is a joy to receive.
What You'll Bring to the Party:
- 1–2 years in Admin Support
- 1-2 years Customer Service (a bonus, but not essential—we value attitude and potential!)
- Exceptional eye for detail and accuracy
- A proactive, roll-up-your-sleeves mindset
- Clear, confident communication skills and a genuine love for helping people
- Tech-savvy and comfortable navigating multiple digital platforms
- A friendly, team-first attitude that brings positive energy to the room
- Valid Australian work visa or appropriate work rights required
