RPG QA/QC Australia is a premier third-party inspection (TPI) service provider, specializing
in the Oil and Gas sector across Australia and Asia. We pride ourselves on delivering top-

THE ROLE
We are seeking an expert Senior QA/QC Specialist and Lead Auditor to focus on Drilling
and Completion equipment. While based in Perth, this role services our global clientele,
requiring international travel (including Asia and the Middle East, with trips extending up to
1 month or more).
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide expert-level TPI services on drill string components and Bottom Hole
Assembly (BHA) equipment in accordance with DS-1 and relevant industry
standards.
- Conduct Lead Audits for our Clients on vendors across Australia and Asia.
Requirements:
This is an opportunity for an experienced quality assurance professional to step into a key
leadership role within a hands-on environment, where your experience, judgment, and
leadership will make a genuine impact.
- Previous experience as a Senior QA/QC, Quality Lead, or similar role.
- Minimum 20 years of experience with Drilling and Completion equipment specific to
the Oil and Gas Industry.
- Experience with MRB reviews, CAPAs, Non-Conformance, and Corrective Actions.
- Strong reporting and technical writing skills.
- Experience supporting audits and customer quality requirements.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work across QA, QC, product
servicing, and management.
- Practical problem-solving ability and strong attention to detail.
- Confidence to make quality decisions and escalate risks when required.
- A calm, organized, and professional approach to managing competing priorities.
- Experience with product transfers, validation, supplier qualification, or regulatory
inspections would be highly regarded.
The successful candidate will play a critical role in overseeing the Client ́s quality
requirements, ensuring equipment is serviced and maintained in accordance with regulatory
and contractual requirements. This role would suit someone who enjoys being close to
vendor operations, solving technical problems, improving systems, and helping our clients
strengthen their quality culture.
The Package:
In return for your commitment and expertise, you will receive an attractive salary package of
$120,000 per annum, commensurate with your exact skill and experience level.
