Duties:
· Operation and workforce planning including plant/equipment requirements
· Personnel management for both employees and subcontractors
· Promote and develop a safety culture
· Customer relationship management
· Management of KPIs
· Development and implementation of productivity improvement initiatives
About You:
· 2-3 years’ experience in a similar role
· Horticultural certificates (advantageous)
· Previous personnel management experience
· Intermediate Microsoft Packages knowledge
· A current driver’s licence
