About the role
We have an exciting opportunity to deliver our housekeeping services to residents with home care packages at John Flynn village in Burwood East (VIC). We have a few casual roles avaliable working a variety of morning shifts across the week. In this position you will be required to work in our Serviced or Independent Apartments.
At Ryman we are shaping the future of care. As a Housekeeper delivering home support services, you are helping to add value to a residents daily routines. Enable our residents them to live life to the fullest by taking care of their cleaning, general tidying, washing, dishes, ironing and more!
No two days are the same as your schedule will involve visiting multiple Ryman home care clients throughout the week. As an added benefit all our clients reside within our villas / apartments on the one site - so travel between client homes is only a few footsteps away.
About you
As Ryman expand into the home care environment, we are looking for individuals who value kindness, care, and excellence to deliver care that is good enough for mum and dad. In addition we are looking for:
- Exceptional attention to detail and cleaning skills
- Previous experience working with elderly / in a client centric role
- Kindness in your DNA. You must be empathetic
- Outstanding communication skills. You must be able to establish strong connections and trust with our residents
