Position Overview
Hoseright is currently seeking a motivated and customer-focused Technical Internal Salesperson to join our Wangara branch. This role is ideal for someone with experience in hydraulics, hose & fittings, or industrial sales who enjoys working closely with customers and supporting a fast-paced team environment.
You will play a key role in supporting our sales and warehouse teams by assisting customers with product selection, pricing, and technical advice while ensuring outstanding service delivery.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist customers via phone and email with product selection and technical enquiries
- Interpret catalogues, parts manuals, and product information to provide solutions
- Prepare and submit customer quotes, sales orders, and invoices
- Source new opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and liaison with the sales team
- Provide internal support to the workshop, warehouse, and sales teams
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships through product knowledge and service
- Communicate effectively with internal teams to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction
Requirements
- Previous experience in a similar internal sales or customer service role
- Experience within hydraulics, hose & fittings, or related industries (highly desirable)
- Ability to read and interpret technical specifications and engineering drawings
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to interpret parts manuals and catalogues
- Strong analytical skills with initiative and self-motivation
- Honest, reliable, and proactive work ethic
- Desire to grow and develop a long-term career within a fast-growing business
