ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY
As we continue to re-establish and expand our Western Australian operations, we are seeking an experienced Demolition, Remediation & Asbestos Supervisor to join our growing team.
This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in building our WA business while leading the safe delivery of high-profile projects throughout metropolitan, regional, and remote Western Australia.
THE ROLE
Reporting to the WA Operations Team, your responsibilities will include:

Supervising demolition, asbestos removal, remediation, and decommissioning projects.

Leading site teams and subcontractors to safely deliver project outcomes.

Driving a proactive safety culture through strong leadership and visible commitment.
-
Managing site productivity, quality, environmental compliance, and client expectations.

Conducting pre-starts, toolbox talks, inspections, and risk assessments.

Coordinating plant, equipment, labour, and subcontractor activities.
-
Maintaining project documentation and reporting requirements.
-
Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.

Supporting mobilisation and delivery of FIFO projects across Defence, Mining and Oil & Gas sectors.
Mandatory Requirements
Applicants must hold:
-
Section 26 Statutory Supervisor Qualification (WA)

Certificate IV in Demolition
-
Current Class A Asbestos Removal Licence or Class B Asbestos Removal Licence
-
Construction Industry White Card
-
Current Driver's Licence
-
Senior First Aid Certificate
-
Working at Heights
-
Confined Space Entry
-
Gas Test Atmospheres
-
Ability to pass pre-employment medical and drug & alcohol screening

Ability to pass Australian Federal Police Check. (AFP)
Highly Desirable:
-
High Risk Work Licences
-
Experience within Defence, Mining, Oil & Gas or major infrastructure projects
-
Experience supervising remote FIFO workforces
-
Experience delivering projects under strict client HSEQ frameworks

The successful applicant will be supervising works delivered under Enviropacific's WA Demolition Licence and NSW Asbestos Removal Licences. Enviropacific holds demolition and asbestos capabilities and licences nationally.
ABOUT YOU
You are an experienced supervisor with:

Minimum 5 years' experience supervising demolition, asbestos, remediation, or decommissioning projects.

Outstanding safety leadership and hazard awareness.

Strong understanding of asbestos and demolition compliance requirements.

Excellent communication and team leadership skills.
-
Ability to build trust and credibility with Tier 1 clients.

Strong planning, problem-solving, and organisational skills.
-
A commitment to mentoring and developing others.

A genuine passion for delivering projects safely, efficiently, and professionally.
