Wait Staff & Bar Attendant (RSA Required) – Beachside Italian Restaurant

Radici Roman Kitchen & Bar is looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused hospitality professional to join our Front of House team.
Located just steps from the beach in the heart of Coolangatta, Radici offers a modern Italian dining experience with a strong focus on quality food, great drinks and genuine hospitality.
We are seeking someone who enjoys interacting with guests, thrives in a busy environment and is comfortable working across both floor service and basic bar duties.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver friendly and professional customer service
- Take food and beverage orders
- Serve food and drinks efficiently
- Assist with table setup and venue presentation
- Prepare basic cocktails, spritzes, beers, wines and non-alcoholic beverages
- Support the team during busy service periods
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of service and bar areas
About You
- Previous experience in hospitality preferred
- Current RSA Certificate
- Friendly, energetic and reliable
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to stay calm under pressure
- Available to work evenings, weekends and public holidays
Desirable Skills
- Experience with cocktails and bar service
- Wine knowledge
- Experience using POS systems
- Experience in busy restaurants, cafés or bars
