We’re looking for a confident and outgoing Business Development & Partnerships Coordinator to help expand our network and bring new business opportunities to the studio.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys meeting people, building relationships, and creating long-term partnerships.
Your Responsibilities
* Identify and approach potential B2B clients and partners.
* Arrange meetings with dance schools, talent agencies, production companies, fashion brands, creative agencies, event organisers, and other businesses.
* Attend meetings with the studio owner to introduce our services.
* Develop long-term partnerships and referral opportunities.
* Follow up with leads and maintain client relationships.
* Help create new business opportunities and strategic collaborations.
* Maintain a CRM or client database.
What We’re Looking For
* Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
* Confident speaking with business owners and decision-makers.
* Experience in Business Development, Sales, Partnerships, Account Management, or Client Relations is highly regarded.
* Self-motivated, organised, and proactive.
* Interest in the creative, entertainment, dance, fashion, or media industry is a plus.
* A valid Australian work right.
Pay: $30.00 – $45.00 per hour
