The Opportunity
SEE Group is seeking an experienced
Return to Work Coordinator to lead injury management and workers' compensation programs across Queensland and New South Wales. Reporting to the General Manager - Safety, you'll manage end-to-end return to work processes, partner with operational leaders, and drive injury prevention initiatives that support our people and business outcomes.
What you'll do:-
Manage a portfolio of workers' compensation and injury management cases.

Coordinate sustainable return to work and suitable duties programs.

Build strong relationships with workers, supervisors, WHS professionals, insurers and medical providers.

Analyse injury data to identify trends and drive preventative action.

Ensure compliance with Queensland and NSW legislative requirements.

Drive proactive health, wellbeing and injury prevention initiatives focused on reducing musculoskeletal disorders and promoting healthy lifestyle choices.
What you'll bring:-
Return to Work Coordinator accreditation (QLD and/or NSW).

Proven experience managing complex injury management caseloads.

Strong stakeholder engagement and influencing skills.

A practical, compassionate approach with a focus on achieving positive outcomes.
