We are looking for a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse to work in our Transit Lounge, where they will provide essential care to patients in transition between different areas of the hospital.
The role involves assessing patients, monitoring vital signs, administering medications, and ensuring a smooth transfer process. Strong communication, critical thinking, and multitasking abilities are essential, as the nurse will coordinate with various departments, educate patients and families on discharge instructions, and maintain accurate records. This position is ideal for a nurse who enjoys a dynamic environment and is committed to enhancing patient care during transitional periods.
