A Technical Account Manager is responsible for:
Acting as the primary technical contact for assigned banking customers.
Understanding each customer's business and technical requirements.
Leading onboarding and implementation of the banking platform.
Coordinating with engineering, product, and support teams to resolve technical issues.
Providing technical guidance on APIs, integrations, cloud infrastructure, and platform features.
Monitoring customer health, identifying risks, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Delivering product demonstrations, training, and best practices.
Managing technical escalations and ensuring timely resolution.
