We are looking for Office Admin to facilitate the daily duties within our office in Campbellfield.
The Role will include the following duties:
- Work Schedule management.
- Booking and organising jobs.
- Answering and redirecting phone calls
- Inventory management
- Managing meeting rooms for office operations.
- Data entry or current work flows.
- Organising internal and external events.
- Maintenance of tools
