About the team
Spatial Services, a division of the Department of Customer Service is the key provider of spatial land information services in New South Wales. Spatial Services' integrated framework connects the people of NSW to a comprehensive package of land and property services including property information, surveying and mapping. Spatial Services provides land information services to individuals, businesses, government agencies and non-profit organisations throughout NSW, Australia and internationally.
As Senior Advisor, Change & Communications, you will partner with internal business units to coordinate and deliver internal and external communications and change management to facilitate successful outcomes and ensure alignment to the organisation’s vision, brand, and objectives. You’ll liaise directly with key stakeholders to offer bold and innovative advice on the best ways to support their communications and change requirements.
The ideal candidate will have:

Demonstrated experience in change and communications with good attention to detail and strong capabilities in digital communications and stakeholder engagement.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills for content development with the ability to interpret messaging into easy-to-to understand messages across multiple channels.

Demonstrated experience in developing communication, engagement and change plans for a range of projects and audiences with the ability to measuring engagement success.

Excellent time management skills to manage multiple projects and priorities.

Salary Grade 9/10, with the base salary for this role starting at $129464 base plus superannuation
