About the Role
We are looking for an organised, proactive, and solution-focused Rostering Coordinator to join our team. You will play a key role in ensuring our clients receive consistent, high-quality support by coordinating and managing staff rosters while maintaining compliance with NDIS, Aged Care, and SCHADS Award requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Create and maintain daily and ongoing rosters for support workers.
- Match support workers to clients based on skills, availability, preferences, and participant needs.
- Respond promptly to last-minute roster changes, cancellations, and unplanned absences.
- Liaise with clients, families, support workers, and internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
- Monitor staff availability, leave requests, and compliance documentation.
- Ensure accurate records are maintained within rostering systems.
- Work collaboratively with the management team to maintain continuity of care.
- Support onboarding of new support workers by coordinating initial shifts and inductions.
About You
The successful candidate will have:
- Previous experience in rostering, scheduling, or workforce coordination (preferred).
- Experience using rostering software such as ShiftCare (preferred).
- Excellent organisational and time management skills.
- Outstanding communication and problem-solving abilities.
- High attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook and Excel.
- A positive attitude with a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
