Vitex Pharmaceuticals is seeking motivated and early-career Laboratory Analysts to join our dynamic and growing Quality team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in assisting our Quality team in maintaining the highest standards and processes for product quality. This fast-paced role offers an excellent opportunity for career growth and development in the pharmaceutical industry.
Your Responsibilities will include:

Perform routine testing and analysis of raw materials, in-process samples, and finished products using analytical techniques

Conduct physical and chemical testing to assess the quality and integrity of pharmaceutical products, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and internal standards

Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and protocols for sample preparation, testing, data analysis, and documentation
-
Maintain accurate and detailed records of laboratory activities, test results, and instrument maintenance

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including manufacturing, quality control, and regulatory affairs, to support product development, validation, and regulatory submissions

Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance laboratory processes.
Skills and Experience:

Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or a related field

Previous experience in a laboratory environment, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry (new graduates are welcome to apply)

Strong attention to detail and ability to follow standard operating procedures and protocols accurately

Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate in a team-oriented environment

Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
