Tento is looking for an enthusiastic, friendly, and detail-oriented Front of House All-Rounder to join our team in Surry Hills! We pride ourselves on creating a vibrant, professional, and welcoming environment for both our guests and our staff.
What We’re Looking For:
- Customer Focus: Warm greetings, clear communication, and high energy on the floor.
- Experience: Minimum 1 year of hospitality experience in a fast-paced environment.
- Coffee & Floor Skills: Basic barista and floor experience required (we also provide ongoing training!).
- Key Traits: High attention to detail, strong time management, a positive attitude, and a proactive, solution-focused mindset under pressure.
- Availability: Flexible availability to work across a rotating roster, including weekends.
