BIOSeptic is an Australian, family-owned business with over 33 years’ experience manufacturing wastewater systems, water tanks, and specialised precast concrete products.
From our purpose-built production facility, we manufacture:
- Concrete tanks for a range of BIOSeptic wastewater systems
- Concrete water tanks for Sydney Water Tanks
- Concrete pits, stock troughs, and other specialised precast tanks for commercial and industrial clients
We are seeking a reliable, hands-on Production Worker to join our established concrete manufacturing team.
About the Role
This is a practical, factory-based role assisting in the manufacture and finishing of
precast concrete products.
Duties will include:
- Assisting with concrete manufacturing and production processes
- Shovelling small amounts of concrete as required
- Learning and performing basic hand trowelling of concrete
- General factory duties and housekeeping
- Working safely in accordance with BIOSeptic procedures
Our production facility is purpose-built with well-maintained equipment, and safe working practices are paramount.
Factory operating hours:
Monday to Friday, between 6:00am and 2:00pm
About You
To be successful in this role, you must:
- Be an early riser, we start at 6am
- Be reliable, punctual, and safety-focused
- Have a practical, hands-on approach to work
- Be comfortable working independently and as part of a team within an established, friendly, hardworking crew
- Be able to communicate clearly in spoken English
- Be physically fit and capable of manual labour
- Be available to work five days per week
- Be comfortable shovelling small amounts of concrete
No prior concrete or manufacturing experience is required — training will be provided for the right person for the role.
