About the role:
We’re looking for a hands-on Brand Co-ordinator to manage day-to-day marketing execution across a multi-site restaurant group.
This role sits at the centre of brand, digital marketing, and store support — ensuring campaigns are delivered consistently across all locations and driving customer engagement through both digital and in-venue channels.
You’ll play a key role in supporting customer growth through campaign execution, content, CRM activity, and local store marketing.
Job Description:
For this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to enhance brand visibility and drive sales. You will work closely with the marketing and operation teams to create impactful campaigns, manage our social media presence, and evaluate the effectiveness of marketing initiatives to ensure alignment with company goals.
Key responsibilities
1. Digital & Campaign Execution
Deliver marketing campaigns, promotions, and seasonal activations across all venues.
Support execution across social media, paid digital channels, SEO, and SEM activities.
2. Content & Brand Management
Create and schedule content across social media, email, and in-store channels.
Ensure consistent brand messaging across all customer touchpoints.
3. Store Marketing Support
Support venues with local marketing initiatives, events, and promotional activity.
Provide marketing materials, toolkits, and campaign support to store teams.
4. CRM & Customer Engagement
Support CRM and email marketing activity to drive engagement and repeat visits.
Assist in improving customer retention and campaign targeting.
5. Reporting & Performance
Track campaign performance, engagement, and promotional impact.
Provide simple, clear reporting and insights to improve future activity.
About you
- Experience in marketing coordination, digital marketing, or multi-site brand roles
- Exposure to digital marketing channels (social, paid media, SEO, SEM, CRM)
- Strong content creation and social media skills
- Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment
- Hospitality or multi-location retail experience is highly regarded
