ROLE OVERVIEW
The VIP Server is responsible for delivering premium table service to VIP guests, ensuring
a high-end, personalised experience within a fast-paced nightclub environment. This role
plays a key part in revenue generation through bottle service and guest engagement.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
● Deliver high-quality VIP table service in line with venue standards
● Take and process bottle service orders accurately
● Present bottles with correct procedures, including sparklers and show elements
● Maintain constant engagement with VIP guests to enhance their experience ●
Upsell premium products and packages
● Ensure tables are clean, organised, and fully stocked at all times
● Coordinate with bar staff to ensure timely delivery of orders
● Handle payments and POS transactions accurately
● Monitor guest intoxication levels and ensure RSA compliance
SERVICE & OPERATIONAL EXPECTATIONS
● Provide attentive, personalised, and professional service
● Maintain strong product knowledge for upselling
● Deliver fast and efficient service while maintaining premium standards
● Be aware of guest needs and anticipate requests
● Communicate clearly with bar and floor teams
REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
● Previous experience in VIP service or nightlife preferred
● Strong sales and upselling skills
● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
● Ability to work under pressure in high-energy environments
● Confident, well-presented, and guest-focused
COMPLIANCE & LEGAL REQUIREMENTS
● Must hold a valid RSA certificate
● Must have legal right to work in Australia
● Must comply with RSA and all venue
policies
WORKPLACE STANDARDS
The VIP Waitress is required to:
● Maintain a high level of grooming and presentation
● Arrive on time and fully prepared for shift
● Not consume alcohol or drugs while on shift
● Not provide free drinks or unauthorised comps
● Maintain professionalism at all times
Pay: $36.19 – $46.73 per hour
