Malabar Tales is looking for a Casual Chef to join our kitchen team for 3–4 days per week, with availability to work weekends.
About the Role
You'll be preparing authentic South Indian and Malabar dishes in a fast-paced takeaway kitchen while maintaining high food quality and hygiene standards.
Essential Skills
- Experience cooking Kerala/Malabar cuisine
- Confident preparing Malabar (Kozhikodan) Biriyani
- Able to cook a range of South Indian dishes
- Knowledge of food safety and kitchen hygiene
- Ability to work efficiently during busy service periods
