Restaurant Manager Required – Full time position.
Remuneration:
Base Salary of $80,000 – 85,000 per annum + Super will be offered to the successful candidate.
Brazilian Flame Bar & Grill have an excellent opportunity for a fulltime Restaurant Manager to join our team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Recruiting, training, supervising and terminating employees
- Managing and Maintaining budgets
- Overseeing both Front and Back of house operations
- Liaising with Head Chef in regards to Kitchen and menu planning
- Ensuring compliance with Licensing and health and safety legislation / guidelines
- Promoting and Marketing the restaurant
- Overseeing Stock levels and Stocktakes
- Meeting with suppliers and negotiating prices
- Ordering of all supplies
- Staff rostering
- Greeting and serving Customers
- Handling everyday service operations required in the restaurant
- Handling customer complaints
- Preparing and presenting weekly sales report
- Assessing and improving profitability
- Ensuring the restaurant maintenance is maintained
- Overseeing the maintenance of kitchen and the Front of House food safety standards
- Must be flexible to work nights and weekends
- Must be available to be on call to solve problems on days off or when off duty

· At least3 years relevant experience as a Restaurant Manager.
· Must live locally to the business.
