Chef de Partie – Permanent Full-Time

We’re on the lookout for a dedicated and passionate Chef de Partie to joi*n our team at Lanson Place Melbourne, on a permanent full-time basis*.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Preparing and presenting dishes to the highest standard, in line with recipes and brand expectations
- Supporting the Sous and Executive Chef with daily operations and service execution
- Maintaining food safety and hygiene standards across all kitchen areas
- Assisting in quality control of dishes before they reach our guests
- Caring for stock, supplies, and leftovers with proper storage and rotation practices
- Guiding and mentoring junior team members and apprentices
- Collaborating on orders and stock management to meet operational needs
- Contributing ideas and feedback through team meetings and ongoing improvement initiatives
What We’re Looking For
- A strong passion for food and hospitality, with a desire to grow in your craft
- Previous hotel or premium dining experience preferred
- High attention to detail and commitment to consistency
- Positive attitude, team spirit, and great communication skills
- Flexibility to work across a rotating 7-day roster including mornings, evenings, weekends, and public holidays
- Full-time availability (minimum of 38 hours per week)
