Main Responsibilities
Analyse existing business and IT systems
Gather requirements from clients, managers, and users
Recommend system improvements or new software solutions
Create technical specifications and documentation
Work with developers, testers, and project managers
Support system implementation and user training
Troubleshoot system issues and improve performance
Ensure systems meet business goals and security standards

SQL / database knowledge
