This practice is a well-established, community-focused practice known for personalised care and attention to detail. We’re looking for an experienced Optical Dispenser to join our team in a consistent, part-time role.
The Role

Part-time: 27-30 hours per week

Days: Monday, Wednesday, Friday + Saturday

Opportunity to pick up additional hours to cover annual leave and sick leave
What You’ll Be Doing

Dispensing and fitting eyewear with accuracy and care

Assisting patients in frame selection and lens options
-
Taking precise measurements (PDs, heights, etc.)

Adjustments, repairs, and troubleshooting

Delivering a warm, professional patient experience
What We’re Looking For

Previous experience working in an optometry practice, with exposure to dispensing

Optical dispensing qualification or currently studying (or working towards it) is welcomed, but not essential

Strong attention to detail - you notice the small things others miss

Excellent customer service and communication skills

A team player with a reliable and flexible approach

Willingness to learn and continue developing your skills
