The Guildford Espresso is an independent coffee shop operated by more than a decade of
experienced chefs and baristas. TG Espresso is located in the heart of Guildford. We are
looking for a qualified and experienced Chef, to join our dynamic team to provide an
excellent service in our Guildford Café.
The Role:
The position will report to the Director and the duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
Ensuring timely, high-quality preparation of food and prompt client services;
Rotating stock, ordering and maintaining food stock, food portion control, waste
management, and stock purchase (receipt and storage);
Able to handle equipment, appliances, small wares, supplies, and tools effectively and
as per requirements.
Adhering to the guidelines of the food safety program
About the applicant:
Effective interpersonal and communication skills;
At least 3 years experience in a chef’s position;
High standard of food and personal hygiene
A Safety-first approach is essential.

Salary: AUD $30 per hour plus superannuation
