We’re looking for a dynamic and detail-driven Campaign & Marketing Manager to join our high-performing team at Jellis Craig Whitehorse.
This full-time role plays a vital part in driving agent visibility, campaign success, and brand consistency across all platforms. You’ll manage end-to-end marketing for property listings, coordinate office and agent promotion, oversee sponsorships, and ensure all campaigns are delivered on time, on brand, and with impact. Though also be involved in business and agent marketing creation which includes social media aspects as well.
In your role within the Sales Administration Department, you will be responsible for the admin side of any sales campaign from appraisal through to settlement overseeing both the administrative, compliance and VPA aspect of the campaigns for specified sales teams. B+D, Real Hub & Airtable are the primary platforms used and experience in these platforms preferred.
Associated with the role is implementing posts onto our social media platforms. Creation and design of agent and business marketing collateral, therefore Canva, In-Design and Social Media posting experience preferred.
End of month marketing reconciliation of VPA and business marketing spends.
It is crucial that you thoroughly understand your role and can effectively execute all tasks outlined in the job description.
What you’ll be doing:
Managing print and digital marketing campaigns for property listings and brand awareness
Running our social media and email marketing platforms
Overseeing marketing compliance and supplier coordination
Supporting agent onboarding and promotional materials
General Administration
Campaign management for specific agent teams – Pre Appraisal | Listings | Compliance | VPA Marketing | Post Sale Services
We’re looking for someone who:
Has at least 2 years of marketing experience, ideally within real estate
Holds a Certificate IV in Real Estate Practice
Is proficient in B+D, Real Hub, Airtable
Is proficient in design platforms, social media scheduling tools, and has experience with Real Estate CRMs (Box & Dice)
Brings strong attention to detail, initiative, and time management
