The Opportunity
Our client is looking for a commercially minded
Digital & E-commerce Lead to take ownership of digital growth across the business.
This role sits across e-commerce, digital marketing, CRM, and team leadership. It is ideal for someone who has worked inside a product-led or brand-side e-commerce business and knows how to balance strategy, execution, reporting, and team management.
The foundations are already in place. The strategy is underway. What is needed now is someone who can step in, lead from the front, optimise performance, and keep multiple moving parts aligned.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead digital and e-commerce growth across the business
- Own performance of the e-commerce channel, with a strong focus on revenue growth
- Oversee digital marketing activity across paid, organic, CRM, retention, and social
- Manage and align a multi-functional marketing team across content, social, PR, and coordination
- Work closely with the paid media consultant to review results, track KPIs, and optimise outcomes
- Use reporting, dashboards, and commercial metrics to guide decision-making
- Support retention and lifecycle initiatives, including future loyalty program development
- Ensure all marketing activity is aligned to targets, benchmarks, and broader business goals
- Collaborate cross-functionally with creative and product teams to keep campaigns and priorities moving
- Help scale growth in the US market
Ideal Background
- Experience in a brand-side e-commerce business
- Strong digital marketing background with exposure to e-commerce trading, CRM, retention, and performance
- Experience managing people and leading cross-functional marketing output
- Comfortable working with budgets, KPIs, reporting dashboards, and growth targets
- Able to work across strategy, optimisation, and day-to-day execution
- Experience in consumer, retail, fashion, lifestyle, or apparel brands will be highly regarded
- Someone who has been part of real business growth and can thrive in a scaling environment
