Participant: NDIS Participant, 63 years old,Female
Support Required: Home Care and Community Access
We are urgently seeking reliable, compassionate and experienced female Disability Support Worker to support a 63-year-old female NDIS participant in the Welby, NSW 2575.
7 days a week 5 hrs/day ( casual/PPT role)
The role will involve providing person-centred support with:
* Home care and daily living activities
* Community access and participation
* Assistance with day-to-day routines, personal car & domestic help.
* Community outings, medical appointments and social activities as required.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS AND CHECKS
Applicants should have the relevant qualifications, clearances and training required for the supports being provided, including where applicable:
* NDIS Worker Screening Check
* Current First Aid Certificate
* Current CPR Certificate
* Relevant disability support experience
* Understanding of NDIS Practice Standards and person-centred support
* Police Check/background screening
* Current driver's licence and reliable vehicle for community access with full insurance
Previous experience supporting NDIS participants and work respectfully.

Pay: $26.44 – $57.14 per hour
