You’ll have the opportunity to:
- Improve existing machinery, equipment and manufacturing processes
- Design and develop technical drawings, specifications and manufacturing documentation
- Construct prototypes and perform mechanical and functional testing
- Support the development of new products and production solutions
Investigate production issues and implement practical engineering improvements
- Develop operating procedures, installation manuals and quality documentation
- Work closely with production teams to reduce downtime and improve efficiency
- Liaise with suppliers, sales teams and internal stakeholders to deliver engineering outcomes
- Participate in projects that improve safety, quality, productivity and operational performance

You will ideally have:
- A degree in Mechatronics, Manufacturing, or Mechanical Engineering
- Strong understanding of engineering principles and manufacturing processes
- At least 12 months experience in the engineering field
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
