Going Works Australia Pty Ltd t/as Nagomi Japanese Kitchen is a Japanese restaurant located in Adelaide, South Australia. We are seeking a motivated and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our growing team.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the daily operations of the restaurant
- Lead, supervise, and train front-of-house staff
- Coordinate staff rosters and workforce planning
- Maintain high standards of customer service
- Monitor stock levels and assist with purchasing and inventory control
- Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and workplace health and safety requirements
- Handle customer feedback and resolve operational issues
- Support business development and sales initiatives
- Work closely with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service operations
- Assist in achieving business performance and financial targets
Skills, Qualifications and Experience
- At least 2 years of relevant management experience in hospitality or restaurant operations
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities
- Knowledge of food safety and workplace health and safety requirements
- A relevant hospitality qualification is desirable but not essential
Salary
$75,000 - $85,000 per annum plus superannuation
