As a Customer Support Specialist, you'll support our customers and internal teams during the busy harvest period. You'll provide excellent customer service, assist with grain contracts and administration, coordinate enquiries, and help ensure harvest operations run smoothly.
Working closely with Territory Managers and the broader operations team, you'll build strong customer relationships, solve problems quickly, and help deliver a seamless harvest experience for our customers.
This is a fast-paced 6-month contract role that offers valuable exposure to the grain industry, customer service, and agricultural operations.
- Customer Support – Respond to enquiries from growers, brokers and internal teams via phone, email and digital channels.

Contract Administration – Process grain contracts and maintain accurate customer and transaction records.

Relationship Management – Build positive relationships with growers and brokers to support a smooth harvest experience.

Digital Support – Assist customers to use our Customer Hub and digital tools for grain marketing and transactions.

Issue Resolution – Identify and resolve customer and operational issues quickly to minimise disruption during harvest.

Harvest Coordination - Support Territory Managers and operations teams to ensure efficient harvest execution.

Team Support – Contribute to a collaborative team environment and assist with a range of harvest-related activities as required.

Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience

Minimum of two years of related work experience

Strong Communication and presentation skills

Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships

Strong analytical, problem-solving and organisational skills

Ability to work independently and collaboratively

Broad knowledge of Australian grains industry and regional markets

Microsoft Office proficient

Knowledge of Sales Cloud CRM or similar
