What you'll do
You'll manage the full life of a travel program. That means taking an enquiry from an advisor, designing an itinerary that suits the client's brief, budget and travel style, pricing it sensibly and presenting it well. Once it's confirmed, you see it through: confirming every component, keeping records straight, managing changes and staying a step ahead of any issues before they reach the traveller.
Travel doesn't keep office hours, so there will be times you need to be reachable in the evening or on a weekend, particularly when clients are on the ground. Being responsive when it counts matters here.
You'll do well in this role if you
bring experience in luxury travel, a DMC, a tour operator or complex FIT work, and you know Australia well enough to build routing that holds up in the real world. You're commercially minded and comfortable with pricing and margin. You can sell, you can organise, and you don't let details slip. You communicate plainly and professionally, and you'd rather solve a problem than flag it.
Why You Should Join Us @ Elura
You'll have full ownership of your itineraries across both sales and operations, real exposure to high value travel programs, and the chance to experience the product firsthand. You'll join a small, capable team in a business that's scaling, with room to grow as it does.
About Elura
At Elura Australia we design tailored journeys across Australia for international travel advisors and their clients. We care less about where someone stays and more about how the whole trip unfolds: the pacing, the people delivering each experience and the way one place connects to the next. Our job is to make sure what looks good on paper feels seamless on the ground.
We're growing, and we're looking for a Travel Specialist to take ownership of that from start to finish.
