The successful candidate will demonstrate the following key skills and attributes:
- Relevant job-related experience in a similar role including accurate and punctual preparation and processing of payroll.
- Experience in data entry with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Knowledge of computer systems relating to Payroll and general HR applications.
- Demonstrated knowledge of Microsoft Office Suites.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion and diplomacy at all times.
- The proven ability to interpret awards and industrial legislation and agreements to ensure compliance.
