What you’ll do:
Joining the Greenhouse Collective, you will be responsible for delivering top-tier copywriting that sets a benchmark for quality.
Operating within the Brand and Marketing team, this position is integrated into the Copywriting Chapter. Our Chapter is dedicated to defining and overseeing high-performance content that enhances key customer interactions across earned, owned, and paid channels.
You’ll be responsible to:

Craft compelling, persuasive, and lucid messaging for the Woolworths Group Brand & Marketing Platform that aligns with broader brand strategies.

Partner with Greenhouse Collective and Brand and Marketing colleagues to execute extensive, intricate marketing campaigns.

Champion the production of elite creative work across diverse channels, including social media, TV, radio, EDM, print, catalogues, and in-store displays.

Oversee several concurrent projects, maintaining rigorous quality standards while hitting all deadlines and performance targets.

Apply a deep technical knowledge of performance and retail marketing to every project.

Engage with designers and marketing service teams to ensure all creative outputs are of superior quality.

Produce copy that adheres strictly to Group Brand guidelines and embodies our distinct brand voice.
What you’ll bring
You possess a background in copywriting, gained within either an agency or an in-house studio environment.
Essential Qualifications and Capabilities

Hold a relevant degree in Communications, Journalism, English, or Advertising, or possess equivalent professional experience.

Exhibit strong conceptual, editing, and research skills, with the ability to synthesize data into strategic marketing messages.

Work effectively within multifaceted teams, managing stakeholders with top-tier communication and providing creative guidance.

Confidently present and pitch creative concepts and ideas to internal and external partners.

Maintain high accuracy in fast-paced, high-pressure environments while demonstrating a proactive, positive, and excellence-driven approach.
