Frank’s BP Service Station (OP Petroleum Pty Ltd) in Bourke is a well-established, locally operated fuel and convenience store in the heart of Bourke. We are committed to providing reliable service, quality fuel, and a wide range of convenience products to meet the needs of our local community and travelling customers. With a strong focus on customer service and efficient store operations, we are currently seeking a reliable and hardworking Storeperson to join our team on a full-time basis.
Salary Range: $70,000 to $80,000 per annum

Main Duties:
· Receiving deliveries of fuel station and convenience store stock, checking items against supplier invoices, delivery dockets and purchase records.
· Inspecting incoming goods for quantity, quality, expiry dates, damage or discrepancies, and reporting any issues to management.
· Unpacking, sorting, labelling and arranging stock in the storage area, cool room, shelves and retail display areas.
· Replenishing shelves, fridges and store displays to ensure products are available, organised and presented appropriately for customers.
· Recording stock movement, stock levels, wastage, damaged goods and delivery details using store records or basic computer systems.
· Rotating stock according to expiry dates and product requirements to minimise wastage and maintain store standards.
· Preparing, packing and organising goods for internal store use, customer orders or supplier returns where required.
· Assisting with regular stocktakes, inventory checks and reporting stock shortages or discrepancies to management.
· Maintaining clean, safe and organised storage, stockroom and retail areas in accordance with workplace health and safety requirements.
· Assisting with general store operations where required, including safe handling of goods and maintaining efficient stock flow within the business.
Skills & Qualifications:
· At least a Certificate III in business or related field
· At least 1 year of professional experience in a similar role.
· Ability to use basic computer systems for stock management.
· Good attention to detail and accuracy.
· Ability to work in a physically active role, including lifting and moving goods.
· Strong communication and teamwork skills.
· Valid Australian Driving License.
