Conveniently located in the heart of Isle of Capri, our childcare and kindergarten centre caters for up to 44 children aged six weeks to six years. Designed to feel warm, welcoming and connected, the centre offers personalised care, meaningful relationships and a nurturing environment where every child can flourish.
Our centre features a tranquil Zen garden, engaging outdoor play spaces and a unique bird aviary, providing opportunities for children to build confidence, spark curiosity and develop a strong sense of belonging. We are looking for expressions of interest for Educators who are looking to join our team at isle of Capri as we grow in our occupancy.

Role:
As an Educator, you will work collaboratively with families and fellow educators to deliver high-quality early learning experiences. You will support each child's individual strengths, interests, and developmental journey, while fostering a safe, inclusive, and nurturing environment where every child feels valued, respected, and empowered to learn.
About You:

Educator - Certificate III (or working towards) in Early Childhood Education and Care qualification or working towards the qualification.

Current First Aid, CPR and Asthma/Anaphylaxis Certificates.

Paid working with children check (Blue Card).

Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.

Organised with the ability to prioritise tasks/workload.

Ability to demonstrate innovative and creative thinking.

Enthusiastic, positive, fun and outgoing attitude.
-
Approachable and friendly with a demonstrated passion for early education.

An understanding of EYLF.
-
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with an ability to build strong relationships.

Working hours:
You must be available to work within the hours of 6.30am and 6.30pm Monday - Friday.
