The purpose of this role is to lead and drive effective cyber security consulting capabilities within the division, ensuring adherence to Group Cyber Security standards and policies. This role involves collaborating with global and local cyber security colleagues to implement Secure by Design methods and reduce the risk of cyber attacks, while overseeing a team of technical experts to safeguard the organisation from evolving threats. It requires a combination of leadership, consultation, and technical expertise to address root cause issues and support strategic business objectives.
Cyber Security Consulting Senior Manager - Group Ventures and Group Finance
This is a senior individual contributor role within Cyber Security, focused on providing dedicated security consulting support to Group Ventures and Group Finance. Working closely with business leaders, project teams, and technology stakeholders, you will provide trusted advice, embed Secure by Design practices, and help ensure cyber risk is identified, understood, and managed across key business initiatives.

Key responsibilities include:
Act as the dedicated cyber security consulting point of contact for Group Ventures and Group Finance, providing practical advice aligned to Group Cyber Security standards, policies, and regulatory requirements
Drive cyber risk identification, assessment, and remediation activities, ensuring emerging threats are effectively managed
You are an experienced cyber security professional with a strong consulting mindset and a passion for partnering with the business to drive secure outcomes. You combine deep technical expertise with exceptional stakeholder management skills and are comfortable leading teams through complex change and risk environments.
Experience operating in a global environment, collaborating across regions, functions, and time zones to support consistent cyber security outcomes
