What's on Offer?
- Base salary commencing from $93,557.54 per annum.
- Additional $12,000 per annum pro rata Cost of Living Allowance paid on top of your salary.
- Total cash earnings from $105,557.54 per annum plus superannuation.
- Six weeks' annual leave plus an additional Annual Wellbeing Day.
- Annual Health & Wellbeing Allowance of $300.

About the Position
The Executive Assistant provides high-level executive, governance and administrative support to the Director Development and Regulatory Services while coordinating reporting, business administration and operational activities across the Directorate.
This is an exciting opportunity for a highly organised and proactive professional who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, managing competing priorities and supporting senior leadership to achieve strategic outcomes.
This position is responsible for:
- Providing confidential executive support to the Director Development and Regulatory Services.
- Coordinating calendars, meetings, travel arrangements, correspondence and operational commitments.
- Preparing and reviewing professional reports, presentations, briefing notes, agendas, minutes and correspondence.
- Coordinating Directorate reports, Council reports, policies and strategic documentation.
- Monitoring and following up actions arising from meetings, Council resolutions and organisational priorities.
- Maintaining records, registers and document management systems in accordance with legislative and organisational requirements.
- Supporting financial administration including purchase orders, invoices, reconciliations, budget monitoring and expenditure tracking.
- Coordinating monthly, quarterly and annual reporting requirements across the Directorate.
- Organising meetings, workshops, stakeholder consultations and business planning activities.
- Supporting project coordination, process improvement initiatives and business efficiency outcomes.
Building productive relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including government agencies, businesses, contractors, developers and community members.

About You
To succeed in this role, you will bring:
- Demonstrated experience in an Executive Assistant, Executive Officer, Governance Officer, Senior Administration or similar role.
- Experience supporting senior leaders and coordinating multiple priorities within a complex environment.
- Highly developed organisational, administration and time management skills with strong attention to detail.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Teams.
- Demonstrated experience preparing professional reports, agendas, minutes, presentations and correspondence.
- Experience maintaining electronic records management and document control systems.
- Strong interpersonal, stakeholder engagement and customer service skills.
- Demonstrated ability to exercise initiative, discretion and maintain confidentiality.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Current C Class Driver's Licence.
