What we are looking for:
We’re looking for a detail-oriented Laboratory Technician to join our Vertical Farming operations at our state-of-the-art facility in Monarto, near Murray Bridge in South Australia. Reporting to the Technical Officer, you will play a key role in maintaining laboratory operations, ensuring accurate sample analysis, instrument calibration, and timely reporting to support production and quality outcomes. This role works closely with internal stakeholders to deliver high standards across testing, data integrity, and compliance. This is a full-time, permanent role.
You’ll bring strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a proactive mindset, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain accurate records. With a hands-on and solutions-focused approach, you’ll thrive in a fast-paced environment where quality, safety, and continuous improvement are highly valued.
What you'll do:

Conduct sample analysis across raw materials and production streams, ensuring timely and accurate reporting to stakeholders.

Maintain and calibrate laboratory instruments to required standards, with accurate records of all testing and compliance activities.

Prepare and coordinate internal and external sample submissions, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met.

Maintain laboratory data and reports to support continuous improvement and quality outcomes across the site.
