We are looking for a Recruitment Support Officer to help deliver our highly regarded Early Talent Programs. In this role, you will support the attraction, recruitment, and onboarding of graduates, students, apprentices, and trainees across Australia. Working across the end‑to‑end recruitment process for early career talent, you will partner closely with our Recruitment Specialists to attract, engage, and onboard candidates into our structured programs.

Key Responsibilities:

Support recruitment campaigns for graduates, students, apprentices, and trainees
-
Represent Monadelphous at career fairs and other in‑person events to promote our programs

Review applications and video interviews against set criteria
-
Support the organisation and delivery of Assessment Centres and other selection processes
-
Conduct reference checks and coordinate compliance requirements for new program participants
-
Coordinate timely onboarding and mobilisation for early talent in collaboration with internal teams
-
Track onboarding progress to ensure key intake dates are met

Maintain accurate records in our recruitment system (Avature) and ensure data integrity

Keep candidates informed on progress and requirements
