Pay: $32.66 per hour + Chemical Allowances
About the Role
We are seeking a reliable and motivated Forklift Operator / Machine Operator to join a busy chemical manufacturing facility in Minto NSW.
This is an ongoing opportunity offering consistent hours, weekly pay, chemical allowances, and the potential to transition into a permanent full-time position.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts safely and efficiently.
- Operate CNC machinery and production equipment.
- Follow production schedules and work instructions.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
- Adhere to all workplace health and safety procedures.
- Wear required PPE, including respiratory protection (mask).
Essential Requirements
- Current LF Forklift Licence.
- Previous experience operating CNC machinery (preferred, but not required)
- Ability to work in a chemical manufacturing environment.
- Comfortable wearing a mask and other required PPE throughout the shift.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills.
- Strong work ethic and reliability.
- Physically fit and capable of manual handling tasks.
- Full Australian working rights.
Safety & Compliance
- Follow all workplace health and safety procedures at all times.
- Wear all required PPE, including masks and protective equipment.
- Report any hazards, incidents, or equipment faults immediately.
- Maintain a clean and organised work area.
- Comply with all company safety and manufacturing standards.
