The Role
An opportunity has become available for a Consumer Feedback Coordinator to join Gold Coast Health (GCH) where the focus of our 14 000-strong team is on providing world-class health care to people living in the Gold Coast, and northern New South Wales region of Australia.
You will
Provide a consumer focused and highly professional service to health service consumers who have provided feedback regarding their health care experience
Assist the patient and their family and carers to understand the overall and individual Consumer Feedback Management processes
Work with operational directorates to coordinate review and resolution of complaints
Ensure a high standard when developing quality and timely responses and submissions
Analyse data and report and liaise with Consumer Feedback Service Manager
About you
To be successful in this position you will require:
While not mandatory a relevant qualification would be well regarded
Evidence of vaccination, or be able to be vaccinated against and remain vaccinated against - Measles, Mumps, Rubella, Varicella, Pertussis and Hepatitis B
Tuberculosis screening, to identify if the tuberculosis vaccination may be required
Declaration of serious discipline history must be disclosed
Criminal History Screening will be required for new employees (GCH will cover cost)

Base salary ranging from $125,607 - $134,548 per annum

The Consumer Feedback Service provides a specialist service within Gold Coast Hospital and Health Service to patients/consumers, their families and carers and other advocates who wish to provide feedback about the delivery of care experience. The Consumer Feedback Service provides a single point of access, coordination and analysis of consumer complaints and feedback on services provided by the Gold Coast Hospital and Health Service, ensuring that high quality responses are provided within set timeframes.
