You will join a team that manages a group of clients, supported by specialists in planning & trading, performance & programmatic also supported by SEO, data & analytics and content. You will be part of the performance team, which is all about results and accountability.

YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Works with the Performance Manager/ Director to achieve campaign performance and deliverables for clients across both SEM (Paid Search) and Paid Social

Supports the Performance Manager/ Director in campaign planning by liaising closely with external vendors and internal teams and business units.

Builds and in-depth knowledge of all digital vendors and their offerings (particularly within Paid Search & Social)

Fully responsible for implementing your deliverables, on time and in an efficient manner. Your managers and clients should never need to chase overdue work. Campaign setup including targeting, keyword research, ad copy creation and bid strategies

Campaign implementation to a high level of quality, including building trafficking, campaign set up, optimization and reporting

Responsible for regular and ad hoc reporting, including basic data analysis, weekly, daily and competitive reporting

Ensures all work is delivered in an efficient manner and to a high standard with 100% accuracy.
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
-
Ideally at least 18 months experience in a digital/performance/analytical role within an agency/performance environment

Experience implementing campaigns on Adwords and Facebook Ads Manager
-
Ability to think analytically Implementation of programmatic campaigns via DV360
-
Solid written, verbal communication and interpersonal skills

Demonstrated ability to develop client relationships at junior level

Solid project management skills

Attention to detail ensuring no errors

Ability to respond quickly and effectively to Manager/Director, Client Lead and Client needs and issues

Basic knowledge of all digital vendors and their offerings

Competent in Excel/Sheets, G suite and Mac literate

Basic level knowledge of tools and systems.
