Estimator – Fencing & Gates (Part-Time)

QP Fencing & Gates is a premium fencing and gate installation business servicing Mandurah, the Peel Region, and the South West. We're looking for a switched-on Estimator to be the face of our business at the first client meeting — measuring up, capturing the detail, and setting our jobs up to run smoothly.
The role
This is a part-time position, 2–3 days per week. The schedule is set but the days are flexible to suit the right applicant — ideal if you're after a cruisier role with a good lifestyle balance.
You'll be:
- Attending initial client meetings to discuss their project
- Taking accurate site measurements, photos, and plans using a company iPad
- Reporting findings back to management
- Assisting with job planning and scoping
- Driving a company vehicle to and from site (provided)
About you
- Previous trades background — this suits an experienced tradesman after a less physical, more relaxed role
- Confident taking accurate measurements and site notes
- Well presented and comfortable dealing with clients face to face
- Reliable, organised, and good with detail
- Fencing experience highly desirable
- Current WA driver's licence
